At Veridwell, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, all sales made through Veridwell are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the wrong item.
  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere.
  • No longer wanting the item.
  • Incorrect sizing where measurements were provided.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.

2. Orders That Do Not Arrive

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit or cannot be delivered and the product is never received, Veridwell will, at its sole discretion:

  • send a replacement product; or
  • issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if an order has not been received.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • photographs of the item;
  • photographs of the packaging;
  • your order number; and
  • any additional information necessary to assess the claim.

Where appropriate, Veridwell may repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where a product has a major failure or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Veridwell before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of future orders.

Veridwell will review all claims as quickly as reasonably possible.
